Luma Event

• Date: Friday, June 6, 2025
• Location: d.school Atrium & Grove

Two entrances: garage door & main door entrance. The Atrium will be used for project presentations. There will be a power supply station underneath the stairs underneath the elevator for extra batteries, power strips, and stationary. Food will be set up under the stairs. Each team booth will be 9x9’.

Week 7

• [ ] Thursday, 5/15, 2pm: Submit dietary preferences to teaching team via Slack (optional)

Start brainstorming demo setup

Week 8

• [ ] Wednesday, 5/21: Complete Setup and Volunteer Google Form
  • [ ] Sign up for one set-up time slot ****based on your demo setup
  • [ ] Sign up for expo volunteer slot for extra credit
• [ ] Fill out Google sheet to book furniture for your demo (first-come, first serve!)

Week 9

• [ ] Wednesday, 5/28: Submit poster for feedback in #design-feedback Slack channel

Week 10

• [ ] Wednesday, 6/4: Delegate one team member to print and bring poster to class by using allocated budget
